Story:
Trinity was found alone and frightened near a dumpster on the CU Boulder campus. Hesitant and unsure, she was wary of the kind human who approached to help her.
Trinity’s breed of chicken is one commonly used in rooster fighting rings: where the males are forced to fight and the females are kept solely to breed more roosters for this cruel and illegal practice. Though rooster fighting is against the law, it tragically still occurs across the United States, leaving countless birds to suffer because of human exploitation.
We are incredibly grateful that Trinity found her way to safety. At Luvin Arms, she now lives a life free from fear, surrounded by compassion, enrichment, and the peaceful home every chicken deserves.
