For the High School and College retreats, overnight accommodations and transportation are included in your registration. For the Young Professional retreat, Luvin Arms will be reserving hotel rooms at double occupancy that attendees will need to pay for upon check in. No transportation is provided for the Young Professionals retreat. For the Family Camp, no overnight accommodations or transportation is booked or provided.

For the High School, College, and Young Professional Retreats, we ask that all attendees eat the breakfast provided at the host hotel. For ALL retreats: lunch, dinner and snacks are included in the cost of registration. All meals and snacks provided by the retreat will be plant-based/vegan.

A list of suggested items to pack will be sent out to all attendees prior to the event. This list will definitely include sturdy, closed-toe footwear that can get dirty!

There is a place on the registration form where you can list your roommate preference. We cannot guarantee all roommate placements, but will try our best to be accommodating.

We understand that things happen and you may need to cancel your registration. We will be utilizing the following Cancellation Policy:

• More than 30 days before the event: Full refund of any fees paid, minus a small 5% administrative fee to cover processing costs.
• 15 to 30 days before the event: 50% refund of the total fee paid.
• 14 days or less before the event: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds due to the proximity of the event date. This is because costs and arrangements have already been finalized based on the number of expected attendees.
• Processing Time for Refunds: Please allow up to 14 business days to process refunds. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when booking.

Yes. In the event you cannot attend and are able to find someone to transfer your registration to, you’ll need to contact the Retreat Directors at retreats@luvinarms.org to provide the required information.

SO MANY THINGS! From service projects, guest speakers, cooking classes, artwork, animal cuddling, scavenger hunts…we have a full itinerary catered to each retreat. The full detailed itinerary for each retreat will be sent out before the start of each retreat. We are so excited about the programming we will be offering!

Given the exclusive nature of this retreat, we anticipate it will sell out quickly. If it is sold out, you may still submit all your registration information, but on the payment screen, you should select the “Wait List” option. Your registration will be added to our waitlist, and waitlist registrations will be moved to our Active Registration on a first-come, first-served basis.
