Krishna is one lucky boy.
When he arrived at CSU in severe distress, the recommendation was humane euthanasia. His condition was critical, and as a cow with dwarfism, his chances were considered slim.
But Krishna kept fighting. And because of you, we could fight for him too.
Today, he is eating, moving well, and back beside his mama, Miraa. His trochar has been removed, and our team is carefully managing the wound as it heals. Later this week he will receive additional ketamine therapy to help manage pain and keep him comfortable as he continues recovering.

Around St. Patrick’s Day, people talk about luck. But Krishna’s story is really about something more powerful: compassion and a community that believes every life is worth the effort.
Because of you, Krishna is still here.
We’re celebrating our lucky boy with a special St. Patrick’s Day e-card featuring Krishna.
With a donation of just $25, you can send the card to someone you love or receive one yourself, while helping cover the ongoing care that continues every day.
Krishna may be lucky.
But the truth is, he also has you.
Will you send a little St. Patrick’s Day luck his way with a $25 gift today?

Thank you for sharing the luck and giving Krishna the chance he deserves.
