Join Us for Ahimsa Yoga – Last Sunday of the Month at 10:30 AM
We invite you to our monthly Ahimsa Yoga class, where we explore the core principle
of Ahimsa—nonviolence—through mindful movement and self-compassion. Ahimsa applies to
all beings, including ourselves, and is a foundational value in yoga.
Donation-Based Class – Supporting Luvin Arms:
This is a donation-based class, and all donations will go directly to Luvin Arms, a sanctuary
for rescued farmed animals. We are requesting either monetary or produce donations to help nourish
the residents of Luvin Arms. Fresh produce such as greens, carrots, and fruit are especially
welcome.
Whether your donation is monetary or in the form of produce, it will directly support the
residents of Luvin Arms and continue their important work. We thank you for your generosity
and support!

Led by a longtime volunteer, board member, and certified yoga instructor this 60-minute
class is open to all levels. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find
space to tune into your body, quiet mental chatter, and cultivate a gentle, loving approach to
yourself and your practice.
This monthly class offers a blend of gentle, flowing, and restorative practices, along
with guided meditation. It’s an opportunity to slow down, restore balance, and connect more
deeply with yourself.
During the colder months, this class will take place inside the visitor center, with space limited
to just 6 students to help ensure everyone has enough room to practice comfortably.

What to Bring for Class:
A yoga mat
A blanket (for comfort and support during relaxation)
A pillow or cushion (for support in seated positions)
Comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable.
We look forward to practicing with you and making a positive impact together.
