Join us in celebrating and supporting our beloved turkey residents! This month, we’re offering a variety of meaningful ways to help turkeys and bring awareness to their incredible personalities. Whether you choose to donate, attend our special Tea Time with the Turkey tour, register for the Turkey Trot and ThanksLiving, or sponsor one of our turkeys, your involvement will make a difference. Embrace this season of gratitude by showing turkeys the love and kindness they deserve.
Turkey Trot & ThanksLIVING
Join us at Luvin Arms Animal Sanctuary for our annual Turkey Trot, where fitness meets compassion! Participate in a 5K or 1K walk/run through our scenic grounds, followed by our ThanksLIVING celebration, where rescued turkeys enjoy a festive feast. Bring your family and friends for a morning filled with exercise, fun, and kindness toward our feathered friends—every step helps make the world a gentler place!

Sponsor One of Our Turkey Residents
During November, Luvin Arms Animal Sanctuary offers a unique opportunity to sponsor a specific turkey resident of your choice. Each sponsorship supports essential care and enrichment, and you can sponsor multiple times, symbolically represented by one turkey throughout the year.

Tea Time with Turkeys
Join Luvin Arms Animal Sanctuary every Saturday this November for Tea Time with Turkeys! This 45-minute tour offers a close-up experience with our friendly turkeys, where you’ll learn about their personalities and enjoy a unique clicker-play demonstration. Watch these incredible birds showcase their talents, and even try a few skills with them yourself. Leave with a new respect—and maybe even a new friendship—with our amazing feathered residents!

All About Turkeys: Insights and Introductions to Our Residents
The “Turkey Friends” resource page from Luvin Arms is a place to get to know our Turkey residents and learn about the care they receive. It highlights their unique personalities and stories, while also providing some general facts about turkeys. This page aims to inform visitors about the commitment involved in caring for these social animals.
