Luvin Arms Animal Sanctuary’s 7th Annual Gala, “Ahimsa in Bloom”, will be hosted at the sanctuary in Erie, Colorado, for the first time ever! Please visit our event page for full details and ticket information, and we hope you’ll join us!

There are a variety of ways to support our biggest fundraiser of the year. From corporate or individual sponsorships to table sponsorships or simply attending the event, we are incredibly grateful for your support! Please read on for more details.

Corporate Sponsorships:

• Tito’s Team ($10,000): 
  • Prominent logo inclusion on:
    • Gala website (event.gives/ahimsa2022)
    • Gala event page on luvinarms.org
    • All printed and emailed Gala materials – event day program and pre-event email communication 
    • Big barn banner signage during cocktail hour
    • “Tito’s Team Sponsors” rotating digital screen during event.
  • Logo inclusion at beginning of both featured videos
  • Emcee mentions throughout event (minimum of 4) 
  • Dedicated social media post (minimum of 2)  
  • Inclusion in thank you email 
  • Opportunity to include promotional material in 2022 Gala attendee goodie bags (approximately 200 people in attendance)
  • Opportunity to sample product/service on-site near cocktail time in the big barn (10×10 space)

• Felix’s Friends ($5,000): 
  • Prominent logo inclusion on:

  • Opportunity to sample product/service on-site near cocktail time in the big barn (10×10 space)
  • Private tour (team building event) at Luvin Arms for up to 15 people with Executive Director

• Bonzo’s Buddies ($2,500): 
  • Logo inclusion on:

    • All printed and emailed Gala materials – event day program and pre-event email communication 
    • “Bonzo’s Buddies” rotating digital screen during event.
  • Inclusion in thank you email

  • Private tour (team building event) at Luvin Arms for up to 10 people with Executive Director

Individual Gala Sponsorships – Animal Superhero: “Defender of Ahimsa” ($1,500):

• Your name will be mentioned and included on:
  • The Gala event website (event.gives/ahimsa2022)
  • Printed event day program
• 2 complimentary Gala tickets (approx. $300 in value)
• Exclusive access to a pre-gala reception with a behind the scenes tour by the Executive Director
• Annual Membership in the new Animal Superhero: “Defender of Ahimsa” membership program, and name inclusion in the following:
  • Your name is prominently displayed year-round in our visitor’s center and big barn as an Animal Superhero: “Defender of Ahimsa”
  • Your name prominently displayed on our Partnership webpage as an Animal Superhero: “Defender of Ahimsa” 
  • Member of the “Luvin Arms Donor Advisory Council” through which you will gain early knowledge of important happenings at the sanctuary, and staff will seek your input on projects and developments. *participation optional

Auction Item Donations and Sponsorships:
The success of our fundraising gala relies heavily on auction item donations from individuals and businesses. From unique experiences to books, artwork, restaurant gift cards, photography and much more, please follow the link below to donate to our gala auction. We are so grateful for your support!

For donated live and silent auction items higher than $500+ in fair market value, you can sponsor the 2022 Gala and receive inclusion in materials leading up to, during and after the event! Auction sponsorship benefits are listed below. Please indicate your interest in becoming an auction sponsor in the form link below:

• Live Auction sponsor ($1000+ in in-kind value)
  • Priority placement among auction items on event website (event.gives/ahimsa2022)

• Silent Auction sponsors ($500 – $1000 in in-kind value): 
  • Priority placement among auction items on event website (event.gives/ahimsa2022)
  • Logo inclusion on thank you banner displayed in silent auction area during event 
  • Logo inclusion in thank you email 

Table Sponsorship:

• Table Sponsor ($5,000)
  • One table of 8 at the gala with front row seating – priority viewing of film, and auction.
  • Special Edition Wine glasses for all table guests
  • Exclusive access to a pre-gala reception Friday, September 9th, 5p – 7:30p at the sanctuary with a behind the scenes tour by the Executive Director (for table purchaser + one guest only)
  • Annual animal sponsorships (8 total – for all table guests): each guest will have their choice of an animal resident and can meet them during the event!
    • Sponsorship includes an official sponsorship certificate + photo, quarterly email updates, an opportunity for a private visit with your resident, and more.
  • Private sanctuary tour with the Founders and Executive Director – date to be mutually determined (up to 15 guests total)
  • Special Edition Gala goodie bag with sponsorship goodies (Kinder Beauty products, etc.) for all table guests
