Benjamin’s Story:
Benjamin was found alongside Luna, Oliver, (also ducks) and Walter the turkey. The four of them were abandoned in a small enclosure with no food and water after their owners moved. A compassionate neighbor learned of the situation and contacted Luvin Arms. All four of them now live at Luvin Arms and have been brought back to health in their forever home. Benjamin, Oliver and Luna stick together and are so excited about their brand-new duck pond! Luvin Arms completed a major project to construct real duck ponds with rocks, running water, and plenty of vegetation to explore. Previously, the ducks swam in baby pools that were filled daily by the animal care team. The new duck pond project was a major undertaking, and we were thrilled to watch Benjamin swim without touching the bottom for the first time. He adored swimming and exploring, and if he wasn’t in his new pond, he was found hanging out with his buddies Luna and Oliver.
