While studying full time at CU Boulder towards an Environmental Engineering degree, Jackson came to Luvin Arms to help the facilities team make the sanctuary a better place for its residents. After a year of hard work, he made the decision to join the care team as a full time employee to gain a greater understanding of the animals he was helping. He has since fallen in love with each resident and takes great joy in helping the organization flourish in any way possible.
Favorite memory with our residents:
While every resident hold a special place in my heart for their own unique reasons, our avian friends make everyday I come to the sanctuary a blast. While working on the facilities team, I loved every moment I got to spend in their homes, whether that be for repairs, or improving their living spaces. Spending time with the birds showed me how much personality they have, and the abundance of positive energy to inject into my life.
